Refund Policy

Before semester starts or visa disapproval 100% of Tuition
Within two weeks after start of semester 80% of Tuition
Within four weeks after start of semester 60% of Tuition
Within six weeks after start of semester 40% of Tuition
After six weeks of start of semester Non-refundable

New students (D-4 visa):  No cancellation is allowed for the first two semestersexcept for special cases where the visa is not approved or recognized by the CIE.

Tuition is non-refundable for other matters such as personal reasons.

The above policy applies to those who take classes online in their own countries even if the visa is disapproved.

Refund Procedure

Steps Description
1. Application Documents Go to the menu ‘Community’ → ‘Forms’ → Download and fill in the refund form (A power of attorney if needed)
2. Required Documents Refund to your own account
  1. Refund form
  2. Copy of passport
  3. Flight ticket that proves departure to your home country
  4. Bank confirmation
    • Case 1. Korean account: Copy of the bankbook
    • Case 2. Overseas account: Bank confirmation including swift code
Refund to other’s account
  1. Refund form
  2. Copy of passport
  3. Flight ticket that proves departure to your home country
  4. Power of Attorney (※ Must have the proxy's signature)
  5. Proxy’s bank confirmation
    • Case 1. Korean account: Copy of the bankbook
    • Case 2. Overseas account: Bank confirmation including swift code
  6. Proxy's copy of passport
  7. Send an email with the sentence below through the same email used in the admission application.

    '(Applicant name) request (Proxy name)to refund the money on my behalf.'

  • Must return to the home country within 2 weeks after applying for a refund (As stated in the pledge)
  • Refund will be processed once arrival has been confirmation
